Housekeeper

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team on a multi-family residential complex. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the property's common areas, including corridors, lobbies, elevators, and other communal spaces. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to providing residents with a comfortable and hygienic living environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular cleaning tasks in common areas, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize communal restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with essential supplies.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces in common areas.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries as necessary.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
• Assist with occasional cleaning tasks in residential units upon request.
• Follow established safety procedures and protocols at all times.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with residents and fellow team members.
• Adhere to the property's rules and regulations regarding cleanliness and maintenance standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
