Victory Global Group is Hiring an Executive Personal Assistant to Chairman Near Honolulu, HI

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

(70% Chairman Personal matters and 30% Company matters)

  • Provide full secretarial and executive support to Chairman in handling personal matters, including family matters
  • In charge of business travel arrangement, including travel scheduling, ticketing, and hotel reservation.
  • Manage calendars including meeting schedules and personal arrangement.
  • Dictation, drafting letters, preparing presentation materials; management reports; meeting minutes, and other documents if needed.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and diplomacy
  • Follow up on company & personal properties lease matters, including working with agent to drafting agreements, records and payments of rental & management fees, tenant maintenance, etc.;
  • Any ad hoc activities as required

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor degree, major in Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of secretarial experience in serving senior management in all-rounded secretarial duties.
  • Well-organized, excellent communication skills with minimum supervision from superiors.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines, flexible, forward-thinking and independent
  • Proficient in MS Office including Words, Excel, PowerPoint ,Zoom, Skype.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
  • Mandarin speaking preferred
  • Driving License is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
