Responsibilities:
- Patient Preparation: Review daily schedules and prepare treatment rooms in advance for patient appointments.
- Efficient Patient Flow: Assist the doctor in managing patient flow, ensuring a smooth transition in and out of treatment rooms following office protocols.
- Procedure Assistance: Support the doctor during in-office procedures, adhering to sterile techniques for setup, assistance, and cleanup as required.
- Appointment Scheduling: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of patient appointment scheduling and follow-up protocols.
- Patient Service Skills: Exhibit excellent knowledge of patient service skills, etiquette, and personal appearance protocols in alignment with the practice standards.
- Adherence to Protocols: Understand and strictly adhere to all office protocols relevant to the Back Office Medical Assistant role, with approval from the physician.
