As a Medical Assistant & Phlebotomist, you will support to ensure efficient operation of the clinic & Nursing homes. You will support doctor and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Room Patients, take vital signs and document basic medical history
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments
• Complete patient authorizations/ referrals.
• Will be drawing Blood according to the orders from the Doctor.
• Will be giving injections like Flu, TB, Depo ,B12 etc
• will also keep the inventory on Medical supplies on a biweekly schedule & should report to the manager to order things.

Skills

• Proven working experience as a medical assistant and Phlebotomist
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• EMR experience
• Certificate in medical assistance
