WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Concentrix Customer Service Representative working from home, you will:

• Maintain, acceptable production levels as set by management
• Provide details on the discount services to help retain and save customers
• Provide high level of customer service and empathy
• have a strong ability to ask probing questions, to discover the wants, interests and needs of our customers
• Have the ability to deliver bad news and de-escalate critical situations
