What this role will look like:
Effective Customer Support
Calling for VoIP telecommunications services, and related products and services. Scheduling qualified appointments with prospective clients.
Educating prospective clients on services.
Maintaining records for current client contact information and correspondence.
Create compelling campaigns and follow-up with potential customers.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned and needed.
Maintain open and effective lines of communication throughout the organization to maintain a sense of teamwork, enthusiasm, pride, and quality workmanship.
To set a minimum of 8 appointments weekly and call a minimum of 150 people per day,
Team Member Contribution
Assist Colleagues where appropriate by sharing ideas and collaboration.
Contribute to the Improvement of Operations at Vested Networks.
