Vessel Nola is seeking experienced servers with knowledge in team service and some experience with fine dining and craft cocktail sales.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and professional Fine Dining Server to join our team. As a Fine Dining Server, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Assist with food handling and preparation as needed
- Help maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Process payments using POS system and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server in a fine dining establishment is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation regulations
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic culinary knowledge to answer guest questions about menu items
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences

Please note that all positions at our restaurant are paid, including internship positions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
