IT Account Manager - Hybrid Sales
Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving new customer adds through the presentation of Vertilocity managed services solutions (both in-person and virtually) in New York, New Jersey, and Eastern Pennsylvania market.
Prospect and follow up on leads and contacts from marketing activities, events, and referral sources.
Effectively manage the sale through the entire sales cycle.
Prepare and lead quarterly business review presentations with key accounts.
Leverage key programs, relationships, technology, and personnel to move sales to closure.
Work closely with Vertilocity Network Administrators and vCIO’s to drive additional opportunity.
Assist with managing new and existing account relationships.
Lead webinars and other educational training.
Work closely with the technical team to identify solutions to address the prospect's pain.
Manage all client/prospect data through Vertilocity CRM.
Qualifications:
Experience in technical account management
Experience with managed IT service providers
Experience with managed security service providers
