The Employee Relations Director will be responsible for the Employee Relations function across approximately 3,500 employees in our biotech organization. This individual will act in guidance with the Human Resource Business Partners, Business Managers and Senior Management on managing overall employment risk and Employee Relations resolutions. This position requires deep Global Employee Relations expertise as this individual will be instrumental in developing the framework and operating principles of ER and to support the overall employee experience.
You will be responsible for overseeing formal Employee Relations practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working through complex current employee relation issues that have been successfully resolved. They will have knowledge of state labor laws (MA) and experience conducting investigations. Experience in the Pharmaceutical or related industry is preferred.
