We’re seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target clients and retain customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert that can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. $65,000 - $120,000 at plan plus benefits

• Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages
• Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects
• Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
• Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients
• Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles

• Attend expos and events (golf events, Padres games, happy hours)

• Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
• Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
• Prefer a minimum of 2 years in outside sales experience
• You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
• High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred
