We are currently seeking an excellent outside sales representative with a proven track record of achieving sales goals. We’re seeking an outside sales representative who can learn our sales strategy to build new and expand current customer relationships. We support our sales team with the tools, training, management, company car, and competitive compensation with benefits to ensure your success. Job seekers should be motivated self-starters with superior communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. A great first impression and the ability to work at a fast pace is a must. Compensation:

$75,000 - $125,000 at plan with benefits

Responsibilities:
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business
  • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
  • Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel
  • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
  • Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points

  • Complete daily sales routes and appointments
  • Join industry organizations and attend industry trade shows, expos, meetings, and other functions
  • Set up and attend one-on-one lunches, company presentations for clients, and fun outings
  • Working closely with the Business Development Executive to communicate customer feedback
  • Liaises with other members of the team to solve client problems

Qualifications:
  • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
  • A consistent top performer in sales
  • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
  • Prefer a minimum of 2 years in outside sales experience
  • High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred

  • Ability to show great communication
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Google Products
  • High energy level, sense of urgency, and results-driven
  • Competent in the use of CRM systems for managing prospects and customers
  • Ability to make a good first impression
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to assist and travel (drive) within the territory 100% of the time
