Our Warehouse Team is a flexible group that works cohesively towards a common goal, creates a positive working atmosphere, and supports each other to combine individual strengths in order to enhance overall team performance.
The team excels at what they do, especially during peak times. We may expand our team through seasonal workers during the spring and summer months. The team takes pride in training and assisting seasonal workers to ensure that everyone has every possible opportunity to succeed.
The team does a great job of being flexible and helping out wherever the need is the greatest. They are proud of their broad knowledge of the many tasks that are performed in the department and have the ability to rotate and work throughout the area.

SUMMARY
Responsible for performing a variety of inventory and materials-related duties.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. It is mandatory that the individual be able to work well in a team environment. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 1 or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand as needed. May require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday. Proper lifting techniques required. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas where under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection. Primary environment: ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
The noise level in the work environment is typical of a warehouse environment.
