Delivers food to guest tables demonstrating evident care and professionalism Ensures that tables are completely and properly set before each course is served Clears, cleans and resets tables Takes inventory of chinaware, glassware and flatware before and after each shift Continually communicates needed information to servers and other restaurant staff Checks side stations to ensure they are prepared before each shift Attends daily briefings, meetings and training as required Reports to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in the correct uniform
