Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food Runner/Drink Runner. As a Food Runner/Drink Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient food service and exceptional guest experiences. Runners will be either serving out the food or drinks out to the customers. Seating is both indoors as well as our outdoor patio. Runners will need to serve the necessary items to the customers (napkins, straws, utensils, waters, etc.) Having a friendly attitude towards customers and being able to work in a fast-paced environment. Not only this but taking any dirty dishes from tables as well as cleaning after a customer has left. Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure accurate and efficient food delivery
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Communicate effectively with guests to ensure their needs are met
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Operate Toast POS system to process orders and payments

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $11.50 per hour
