*What you’ll be doing... *
In this role, you’ll be responsible for end to end program and project management of critical projects for the Verizon Business Digital team with a focus on agile methodology. Facilitates, manages, and reports status on all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial concept through gating, requirements definition, design, development, testing, deployment and ROI tracking. Works with cross functional GTS and Portfolio teams to ensure project release alignments. Oversees agile teams within each project to coordinate work holistically. Tracks program/project level metrics to validate projected ROI and helps streamline the System Development Life Cycle process, communication and execution.
Oversee projects from a program management perspective coordinating all agile project teams.
Management of projects:
Provide leadership for projects assigned including an understanding of requirements, vision and scope; key resources to engage and the assignment of tasks.
Schedule and lead meetings as well as capturing meeting notes.
Control deliverables and manage to target dates.
Control risks, issues and action items and mitigate where needed.
Remove barriers and manage project scope.
Create a task list, project plan and success factors.
Solve problems, manage communications and build consensus.
Reporting of project status – to immediate manager as well as executive readouts.
Improvement of processes within team.

*What we’re looking for... *
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of experience.
Four or more years of relevant experience in Program/Project management.
Three or more years of wireless sales program/project management experience or extensive knowledge and understanding of wireless industry trends and key business drivers.
Two or more years of working within agile methodology.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Understanding of Verizon online prospect and existing portals and associated sales/support teams.
Must possess complete understanding of all program/project management fundamentals.
Ability to handle documentation management, change management, gating processes, prioritization and structured learning on all aspects of ecommerce portals.
Command of agile methodology from a project management perspective.
Strong communication, facilitation and organization skills are a must.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage all aspects of projects concurrently.
Ability to multi-task and flex with changing business needs.
Strong capacity to execute in a dynamic environment where creative thinking is required.
Must be highly disciplined, self-starter, and leader with the ability to execute on assignments independently, and effectively communicate expectations for all programs/projects being managed.
Advanced knowledge of Google Suite and JIRA.
