FINN is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Fairfield, OH
- Develop relationships with assigned dealers in the network.
- Process orders and field questions via phone, e-mail and e-commerce.
- Deliver technical service and troubleshoot issues in a professional manner which builds credibility and creates value for our customers.
- Proactively communicate to dealers and customers regarding pricing, promotions, aftermarket changes, lead times, and other information relevant to customer success.
- Work with procurement to maintain up to date lead times on parts orders.
- Work with shipping to help facilitate on-time deliveries.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer service role.
- Demonstrated ability to process orders via phone or e-commerce.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnosis and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Demonstrated ability to comprehend technical instruction materials.
- Demonstrated ability to be a respectful and positive leader.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment under changing conditions.
- Ability to organize thoughts and communications in a logical manner, ask clarifying questions, and restate issues to ensure proper understanding.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a professional manner, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other employee’s and dealer network.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, follow through on commitments, and effectively utilize available resources.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
