Description

We are looking for a skilledDigital Experience Manager to join the Marketing User Experience Team. Our mission is to drive performance of marketing through analytics, media, A/B testing, & journey optimization to deliver best-in-class digital experiences and programs.

A Digital Experience Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing the digital marketing strategies to enhance customer experience and engagement across all digital channels. You will play a key role within the larger marketing team and be part of an opportunity to drive forward UX for Verily’s web experiences. This role is flexible by design to give you the freedom to combine what’s needed from a UX research, design, and strategy standpoint. We are a highly collaborative team driving the future of Verily’s digital experience, meaning we value experimentation, creativity, and innovation. We want you to be in the driver seat of Verily’s digital expression.

Responsibilities

  • Own UX research and design projects, and processes, for a variety of websites, digital enrollment and retention programs, and digital touch points.
  • Partner across teams on web content for product marketing, campaigns, and page templates.
  • Consult with Product UX, Product Marketing, and Creative Studio to design and optimize web experiences.
  • Work with front-end development, marketing, product UX, and creative teams to gather feedback and make improvements to final content and design.
  • Drive qualitative research end-to-end, from usability testing to assess key areas of the website, to generative research for better understanding customer/user segments.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in UX design and/or research.
  • 4 relevant years of experience in UX design, research and/or strategy or a portfolio showing examples of design deliverables, showing a good eye for usability and overall design.
  • Experience in UX for marketing websites and/or campaigns.
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to drive customer/user insights.
  • Familiarity with related fields and topics, such as information architecture, UX research, accessibility, and content strategy.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with marketing teams and implementing marketing solutions.
  • Experience across B2C and B2B customer segments and/or within healthcare or biotech industries.
  • Experience with UX analytics tools and Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Works well independently and able to establish rapport and solutions easily with designers, developers and marketers of all kinds.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $96,000 - $147,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
