Description
The Client Engagement Manager will work with a defined set of clients within Site Solutions to ensure client expectations and deep client relationships are achieved. This role will be the trusted advisor to the clients, promote engagement and develop and execute risk mitigation plans. This role requires access to protected health information; maintaining the security and confidentiality of all protected health information is paramount.
We are open to considering candidates in our Dallas, TX, Raleigh, NC, South San Francisco, CA, or Boston, MA offices.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with clients to ensure our SaaS platform is optimally configured and integrated into their daily workflow.
- Engaging with stakeholders in client accounts to ensure our solutions are aligned with their goals effectively.
- Advocating with internal product and engineering teams as a passionate advocate for client needs as part of the strategic roadmap.
- Manage project implementation for new statements of work.
- Provide training for new feature releases.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience working in a SaaS organization and/or hands-on familiarity with healthcare technology.
- Bachelor's degree along with at least two years of clinical research experience.
- Experience working on multiple concurrent projects.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with CTMS.
- Experience managing research related finance.
- Enjoys solving complex problems.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $87,000 - $133,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
