Position Overview:

As the Global Director, Total Rewards at Veranova, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company's global total rewards strategy. Reporting into the Chief Human Resources Officer, this position requires a forward-thinking individual with a deep understanding of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure our total rewards programs align with Veranova’ s business objectives and support the attraction, retention, and motivation of top talent.


Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Total Rewards Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive global total rewards strategy that aligns with Veranova’ s business goals and promotes a competitive and equitable compensation and benefits framework.
  • Compensation Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of competitive and performance-driven compensation programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Benefits Administration: Lead the development and management of global benefits programs, ensuring they are aligned with industry best practices, compliant with local regulations, and support the well-being of Veranova employees.
  • Recognition Programs: Develop and implement employee recognition and rewards programs that enhance employee engagement and foster a positive and high-performance culture.
  • Global Compliance: Stay abreast of global compensation and benefits trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to ensure Veranova’ s total rewards programs remain competitive and compliant.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide strategic leadership to the total rewards team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and Leadership teams, to ensure total rewards programs support business objectives and are integrated into the overall human capital strategy.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, CBP) is a plus.
  • Proven experience (10 years) in a global total rewards leadership role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of global compensation and benefits practices, regulations, and trends.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate business goals into effective total rewards strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
