PECO embraces the OPPORTUNITY to source and implement creative and sustainable programs to create a positive impact on the environment.Phillips Edisons operating platform provides retail services including acquisition, redevelopment, leasing and management of grocery-anchored retail centers.What you'll do:Assist with execution of marketing initiatives for multiple audiences including but not limited to leasing, acquisitions and development.Analytics / TechnologyUse measurement tools to manage, analyze, report and optimize the PECO digital experience.Act as marketing expert for Hubspot to pull leads reports/analyze data.Work with AVP Marketing on SEO initiatives for multiple disciplines.Be a tech champion to look at emerging technologies to improve efficiencies for marketing.Manage lead generation forms on the website.Stay up to date with website trends and best practices.Test and optimize website design and functionality to improve user experience and conversion rates.Content CreatorProduce, review, edit and update content for company website, blogs and digital channels.Gather and produce content for Internal Communications.Produce quarterly marketing analytics report.WebsiteDevelop and implement website strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.Analyze website metrics and use data to improve website performance.Collaborate with web developers to ensure website design and functionality align with marketing goals.Manage website updates and maintenance, including security and backups.Manage inbound emails from Hubspot.What we're looking for:Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Marketing, preferably in Commercial Real EstateStrategic thinkerExtraordinary attention to detail.Strong written and oral communication skills.Ability to problem solve and work effectively under pressure as both part of a team as well as independently.Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work.Must possess great organizational skills.Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills required.Experience with management of website, SEO and marketing.Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro) and HubSpot preferred.Why PECO?We are characterized by our #PeopleofPECO.
