Today we are ready to Hire an Analyst to join our Operations team!
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain forecast alignment with PTO schedules
- Report on variances to forecast, analyze trends, and provide management with recommendations.
- Manage establishment of new clients and engagements in professional services automation system
- Manage contracts processing for each client and client engagement
- Manage SOX processes and reporting to support the client setup process and related revenue recognition
- Invoice Management
- Weekly review of time and expenses for assigned clients
- Reconciliation of time to budget and client expectation and systems
- Proactive communication with Engagement Managers regarding budget issues, gaps regarding time entry, approvals, or contracts
- Create and maintain accurate client invoices
- Work with Engagement Managers and clients to ensure timely payment
- Utilize available operational data (including HR, Recruiting, Sales, Finance), to develop reports and analyze data to develop forecasts, and determine trends across the business and identify opportunities for improvement
- Review opportunities to improve Operations areas including identification of process improvements, use of automation, and training and communication with others.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent experience.
