Primary Duties:

• Oversee and control project schedules and financial aspects.
• Collaborate closely with the facility owner, acting as a representative for the client.
• Apply advanced methodologies, theories, principles, and practices in a specialized engineering field and related disciplines.
• Engage with clients and other consultants, requiring excellent communication skills.
• Assume a leadership role on GEC and CEC programs for TXDOT, Regional Mobility Authorities, and other large agencies.
