THE OPPORTUNITY
For over 22 years, Venterra Realty has been at the forefront of technological investment in the multifamily real estate business. With a team of approximately 45 software developers and IT personnel, Venterra is continually seeking to innovate, and currently maintains several bespoke software solutions. However, the focus of this technology team has been almost exclusively software based, and thus, Venterra is looking to bridge these efforts with more physically tangible technologies. These include projects such as a cloud hosted video surveillance system installed at our various apartment communities which allows us to analyze and quantify the use of the property by using various computer vision models. The breadth of these projects is wide and can extend from as far as water flow monitoring technologies to the creation of unique pipe repair tools.
The Technical Trainer will report to the Change Manager and the successful candidate will work closely with our Head of Program Management along with the senior leaders at Venterra. This individual will join a team of our most trusted finance professionals, who work together to execute the financial and business strategies for the firm.
