Harvard Resource Solutions is seeking an Interview Scheduler on a contract basis for their client in Southfield, MI.

90-day project

Remote, must come onsite first day for orientation.

Shifts : Monday- Friday 8am-5pm, Monday- Friday 9am-6pm

Responsibilities for Interview Scheduler :

• Efficiently schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, considering availability and time zones.
• Confirm interview details with candidates and provide necessary information.
• Liaise with hiring managers to coordinate interview schedules and availability.
• Assist candidates with basic inquiries regarding interview logistics and procedures.
• Conduct follow-up communications with candidates post-interview to gather feedback and provide updates.

Qualifications for Interview Scheduler :

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 1-3 years of data entry experience.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Comfortable engaging in phone conversations and written correspondence.
• Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.
• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and remotely.
