Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical administrative support and scheduling appointments efficiently. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and patient satisfaction.

Duties:

- Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently

- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure proper scheduling of procedures and consultations

- Manage patient records and update information as needed

- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service

- Utilize scheduling software such as , eClinicalWorks, or similar systems

- Prioritize urgent care appointments and handle emergency situations effectively

- Collaborate with medical receptionists and front desk staff to optimize patient flow

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Scheduler in a healthcare setting is preferred

- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is preferred

- Proficiency in using scheduling software like eClinicalWorks

- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with patients and medical staff professionally

- Knowledge of phone systems and handling high call volumes efficiently

- Experience as a medical receptionist, or similar roles is a plus

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
