SUMMARY/OVERVIEW
This position is directly responsible for assisting Project Managers in the planning and coordination of projects, including administrative duties and independently manages some project elements. Assists in developing Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements and working collaboratively with the General Superintendent and Site Superintendent to oversee the construction and renovation of buildings and structures in government, commercial and private sectors. The APM is responsible to fill out all necessary paperwork and adhere to local, national or Federal guidelines. This position is also responsible for collecting water samples and interfacing/coordinating with the Water Division Project Manager.

Work is medium demand. Must be able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination and stamina. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands, fingers, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear. The employee must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Requires good visual acuity and hearing.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Regularly works around moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity. Noise level may be loud at times.
