Primary Function: Provide administrative support to project manager, division manager, and field superintendents. This role will be required to directly assist the project manager and field staff which will require on-site assistance at the job site, as well as a presence in the office.
Duties:
Needed Skills:
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Strong math skills Ability to communicate well verbally and in written form.
· Ability to multi-task, work independently and efficiently without close supervision
· Detail and accuracy oriented
· Understanding of construction processes dealing with:
· Applications for Payment
· Change Orders
· Lien Releases
· Submittals
· Close-Out Documents
· Ability to read blueprints is advantageous, but not required.
