Vectra Mechanical is currently seeking to fill a full-time bookkeeper position. The ideal candidate for this role should exhibit exceptional organizational abilities and an acute attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial records. Proficiency in Quickbooks is a must, as the candidate will be expected to navigate its functionalities adeptly to manage various accounting tasks effectively. This role demands not only technical competence but also the ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of the company's financial landscape. As a key member of the team, the bookkeeper will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health and stability of Vectra Mechanical through meticulous record-keeping and insightful analysis. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Enter financial transactions into Quickbooks
• Payroll
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports
• Invoice follow ups
• Full understanding of Colorado tax codes & sales tax

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in Accounting/ Bookkeeping for an HVAC Company (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Dependable and skilled in problem solving
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Skilled in organization, prioritization, time-management and attention to detail
