We are in search of an individual that is passionate about pet care, who is committed to quality communication and who has a desire for growth to join the Referral Communication Team.

This team member will play a vital role in facilitating communication between our practice and referring veterinarians. Their primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless coordination of patient referrals, liaising with referring veterinarians, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

This position is part-time, with the potential for growth as our practice continues to expand.

Responsibilities :

• Manage incoming referrals from referring veterinarians, ensuring timely communication and coordination.
• Schedule appointments for referred patients, prioritizing based on urgency and availability.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of referral communications and patient information.
• Serve as a point of contact for referring veterinarians, addressing inquiries and providing updates as needed.
• Collaborate with our veterinary team to ensure a smooth transition for referred patients.
