We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team of dedicated veterinary professionals at our fast-paced multi-doctor practice located in Long Beach. Our practice provides high-quality care to our patients with a positive, team-oriented work environment.
The ideal candidate will be a believer in our mission statement – Your pet’s health is our top priority and excellent service is our goal – and will aim to exceed pet owner’s expectations with their stellar customer service during every encounter. Each of our CSRs must possess good critical-thinking, problem-solving and inter-personal skills as well as compassion, a positive attitude, dedication and excellent communication skills. Multi- tasking, taking direction and accepting constructive criticism is essential. Punctuality and reliability is expected.
