Summary:
Our award-winning client is seeking a Registered Nurse Rehab to join their team. The client is a leading healthcare provider committed to exceptional patient care and overall well-being. We are seeking a dedicated Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for patients recovering from stroke, spinal cord injury, amputation, neurological disorders, and more.
● Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and provide compassionate care that promotes healing and independence.
● Foster a supportive and therapeutic environment that optimizes patient progress and well-being.
Required Qualifications:
● Our 14-bed, CARF-certified Inpatient Rehab Unit serves patients with:
● Stroke.
● Spinal cord injury.
● Amputation.
● Major multi-trauma.
● Femur fracture.
● Brain injury.
● Neurological disorders (MS, Parkinson's, Guillain-Barré, etc.)
● Joint replacements.
Ideal candidates will have:
● Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
● 1-25 years of experience in a related setting (e.g., med-surg, neurology, orthopedics).
● Current RN licensure from the State of Practice.
● A passion for rehabilitation nursing and a commitment to patient-centered care.
