As the Program Director, you will:

• Provide visionary leadership: Guide the overall direction of the nursing program, setting strategic goals, overseeing curriculum development, and ensuring the program meets the highest academic standards.
• Champion student success: Manage all aspects of the student experience, from admissions and orientation to clinical placements and academic support.
• Foster a thriving learning environment: Develop and maintain strong relationships with faculty members, supporting their professional development and ensuring the quality of instruction.
• Navigate compliance and partnerships: Ensure adherence to state regulations and accreditation standards, while cultivating valuable relationships with clinical sites and community partners.
• Embrace innovation and growth: Stay current on the latest trends in nursing education and continuously improve the program's offerings to prepare students for a successful nursing career.

We are searching for a leader who embodies the following:

• Advanced Degree and Experience: A Master's or higher degree in Nursing, Education, or Administration coupled with a minimum of 3 years of experience leading a nursing program.
• Proven Teaching Expertise: A minimum of 3 years as a full-time nursing faculty member with a minimum of 1 year of online teaching experience.
• Clinical Expertise: A minimum of 4 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) with direct patient care, along with a valid and active California BRN license.
• Leadership and Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead, collaborate, and motivate a diverse team.
• Organizational Acumen: Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple priorities and ensure smooth program operations.
• Technological Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to embrace and integrate technology into the program.
