- Role: Travel LPN
- Location: Clayton, NM
- Shift: 6:45 AM - 6:30 PM
- Contract: 13 weeks

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments.
- Document medical histories and treatments.
- Develop and evaluate care plans.
- Administer medications safely.
- Monitor and record vital signs.
- Educate patients and families.
- Collaborate with healthcare team.
Required:
- BLS
- Active LPN license
- Covid card
- 1-2 years experience in rehab nursing
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $48.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
Physical setting:
- Long term care
- Nursing home
- Rehabilitation center
Standard shift:
- Day shift
Weekly schedule:
- 5x8
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- LPN: 1 year (Required)
- Travel nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- LPN (Required)
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
