Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to healthcare regulations.
- Position: RN Supervisor- LOCALS ONLY
- Department: Rehab
- Facility: Nursing and Rehab Center
- Location: Trumbull, CT 06611
- Shifts Available: Night/Eve
- Guaranteed Hours: 40
- Mon to Fri
- Contract Duration: 14 weeks.
Must Haves:
- CT state RN License
- BLS
- Covid Card
- Prior Supervision experience
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities
- Monitor patient care plans and update as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Assist in training and evaluating nursing personnel
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan patient care
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
