Job Title: Imaging Service Specialist III

Duration: Full time permanent

Location: Atlanta, GA

Salary Range: $100000 - $106000 Annually

JOB PURPOSE:

Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks on diagnostic medical equipment specific medical devices. Inspect, test, replace and adjust malfunctioning components and parts. Keep records of system problems and issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs general equipment repairs.
• Performs preventive maintenance.
• Maintains files, supplies, and parts.
• Maintains knowledge current within field.
• Perform cost containment measures by sourcing the most cost-efficient measures to maintain diagnostic equipment.
• Communicates with staff and customers.
• Works on high tech laboratory or diagnostic imaging equipment.
• Maintains regulatory documentation.

Requirements:

• Five (5) years of experience (expert trained) performing corrective and preventive maintenance on high tech diagnostic equipment as: CT, MRI, Cath & IR labs, Nuclear Med, Mammography, Linear Accelerators.
• Associates degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology, Electronic Technology, Imaging Service Technology or a related field OR related military training
• MR - min. 5 years; GE or Siemens machines; formally trained CT- Min. 5 year; Ge or Siemens machines; formally trained.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $106,000.00 per hour
