Summary:
Our award-winning client is seeking a Hospice Executive Director to join their team at Wilsonville, OR. We are seeking a visionary and experienced Hospice Executive Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of hospice operations, ensuring exceptional patient care, staff well-being, and organizational success.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement strategic goals for our hospice services, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all aspects of patient care delivery, ensuring compliance with regulations and the highest ethical standards.
- Build a strong, cohesive team by actively recruiting, hiring, training, and supporting qualified staff.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial sustainability and responsible resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, community partners, and public officials.
Required Qualifications:
Meets one of the following license requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) (preferred)
- Physician (MD/DO)
- Licensed Social Worker (LCSW)
Additional Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in healthcare management (including at least 1 year in hospice, home health, or a similar setting)
- Has 3 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting (hospice experience preferred).
- Holds a current CPR certification (if providing direct patient care).
- Possesses excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to ethical and compassionate care.

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
