Vault Manufacturing is Hiring a Production Operator - $19+/hr Near St. Louis, MO

We are looking for production workers and material handlers who are looking to grow within an organization at a long-term full-time job in St. Louis, MO.

Employees will be working on the assembly line and will also have machine operating and inspection duties. This is an international company that produces car parts. Experience with plastics, assembly, machine operating, packaging, and quality inspection is preferred but not required.

Pay rate: $19.00 per hour with an additional $0.50 shift premium for those on 2nd or 3rd shift.

Must be able to train on 1st shift

1st: 6:30am - 2:30pm

2nd: 2:30pm - 10:30pm

3rd: 10:30pm - 6:30am

Both positions receive an additional $1.00 per hour after attaining one year’s tenure. 

Job Summary: 

  • Loading and unloading components into robotic weld cells, canning, stuffing or other assembly stations. 
  • Operating equipment including robotics weld cells, canning, stuffing or other assembly equipment to produce component parts or complete exhaust systems.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment (1 years' experience) is highly preferred
