Vasili's Kitchen is Hiring a Dishwasher Near Gaithersburg, MD
Dishwashers are a critical part of the team at Vasili's Kitchen. They are responsible for quickly and efficiently cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, pots/pans, and cooking equipment.
Other duties may include assisting in the preparation of food items and performing job related functions as assigned by supervisors. The ideal candidate must be able to follow instructions and work both independently and as a team with other employees.
Position Responsibilities:
Other duties may include assisting in the preparation of food items and performing job related functions as assigned by supervisors. The ideal candidate must be able to follow instructions and work both independently and as a team with other employees.
Position Responsibilities:
- Set up pot sink correctly and follow proper cleaning and sanitation rules/guidelines
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils and equipment.
- Sweep and mop floors in the kitchen and service areas
- Remove garbage promptly
- Follow all safety rules
- Performs end-of-the-day clean-up responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work area
- Other duties as assigned
- Physical: Applicants must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, be able to lift up to 50 pounds and constantly reach, bend, carry, stoop, and wipe.
- Appearance: Must report to work in a neat, clean uniform and present a well-groomed, hygienic appearance.
- Work Schedule: Weekend and evening hour availability is a must.
