• Setup, program and operate CMM using design data to inspect make and buy components.
• Perform first article inspections and document per AS9102.
• Perform in-process, and final inspections.
• Document, track, and complete discrepancy reports.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly PM on machines and document.
• Maintain configuration control on files and job records.
• OT eligible.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in dimensional inspection of aerospace components.
Superior blue print reading skills including GD&T principles.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent in the use of precision hand tools, gages, optical comparator, and surface plate work. Experience inspecting tight tolerance, high value components.
Familiar with the use of personal computers.
Self-motivation and ability to prioritize projects to meet completion dates.
