Duties:
- Greet customers and take their drink orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
- Proficiency in operating a Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing and payment handling
- Sales skills to upsell and promote drink specials or additional menu items
- Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling and calculating change
- Experience in catering or event bartending for large-scale functions
- Familiarity with brewing techniques and knowledge of different types of beer
- Understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety practices and health codes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, coworkers, and management
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients, calculating drink prices, and managing inventory
