SUMMARY

Vari® is looking for an energetic and solution-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to add to its Inside Sales Team. This position is a full-time, client-focused role with emphasis on supporting key markets through scheduling customer-facing meetings and uncovering opportunities.
A Business Development Representative has two primary role functions supporting the Vari Sales Organization.
The primary function of the role is centered around outbound activities to uncover furniture project opportunities and standard programs. The Business Development Representative will receive warm leads, a targeted prospect list, and key prospects to uncover project opportunities for a Sales Executive and/or Territory Account Manager.
The second function of the role is centered around inbound calls. In this function, the Business Development Representative is responsible for follow-up on specific inbound call transfers, web chats, and/or leads from new and existing fans who are looking to discuss Vari solutions.
