Vanworks Inc is Hiring a Production Manager Near Fort Collins, CO
Vanworks is a local, family owned company specializing in building RV's and van conversions. We have 40 years of experience and customer base. We are looking to add a full-time Production Manager to our team.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Leadership skills
- Organization
- Timely
- Professional
- Proactive mindset
- Multitasking skills
- Shop organization
- Team management
- Inventory
- Safety
- Fill in for techs
- Assist in product development
- Assisting with scheduling
-This person will be responsible for overseeing 15 build techs and making sure that production schedules and production timelines are being met. This person will also be responsible for moving vans through the production process and keeping an organized list of all vehicle statuses.
We would love to find a team member that has the desire to learn and grow with us long term. We have a large facility and are backed up by the best vendors/suppliers in the industry!
