Position: Production Services Worker

Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Production Services Worker to join our team in Fort Collins, CO. This role requires hands-on experience in manufacturing planning, capacity planning, routing, and work center allocation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes and optimizing our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and regulate metrics for schedule attainment and On-Time Production (OTP).
• Level load work center utilization to ensure optimal productivity.
• Execute the end-to-end planning cycle, making strategic decisions aligned with the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Analyze functional requirements from clients and provide data-driven, KPI-focused recommendations.
• Understand and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Expedite shop floor production, mediate discussions, and ensure the right business decisions are made.
• Document process deviations and communicate them to change management leadership, highlighting any issues with deliverables.
• Partner with supply chain ecosystem partners to optimize and execute operations of the supply chain frozen plan, meeting key business metrics.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Planning.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in manufacturing industries as a production planner.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP Certification.
• Knowledge of the supply chain services industry.

Preferred Skills:

• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, preferably in industrial businesses.
• Proficient in MS Office suite, including MS Excel and MS Access, and ERP systems like WISE.
• Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to deliver projects and deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Experience working with global teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in related roles.
