Vancraft LLC is Hiring a Customer Specialist Near Salt Lake, UT

Company Overview:

VanCraft Campervans is a unique and small and dynamic company that manufactures, sells, and rents Class-B Sprinter campervans. We are an energetic, inspired, and entrepreneurial team. VanCraft is headquartered in Salt Lake City, UT and has rental operations in San Diego, CA and Denver, CO.

Job Summary:

The Customer Experience Specialist is a unique position that is responsible for supporting multiple departments. Periodic weekend work is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campervan Rental Operations: Checking customers in and out of their rental experience, managing the campervan turnover process and inventory levels, and maintaining a clean and orderly rental fleet.
  • Sales Team Customer Support: Working closely with customers to resolve issues with their campervans as they arise, and proactively reaching out to customers to enhance their user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, small business environment.
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Quick learner with the ability to acquire new skills and information rapidly.
  • Proficient in using various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
  • Skilled in crafting engaging social media posts that adhere to brand voice and guidelines.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to address customer complaints or concerns.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach to tasks.

Benefits: Standard PTO, ICHRA Health Benefit, Campervan Rental Credit.

Starting Pay: $18-24 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
