Responsibility Profile :
- Accurately enter invoices in accounting software (NetSuite)
- Ensure proper coding of invoices in accordance with the financial reporting structure.
- Acquire proper approvals for all invoice transactions.
- Assist in completing payment runs (checks, wires, ACH, etc.)
- Ad hoc reporting and research involving invoices and payments.
- Replying to inquiries from internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Accurately record transactions among various subsidiary entities, locations, departments and project codes
- Drive timely month-end close processing.
Candidate Skills and Experience :
- 3 years experience in AP
- NetSuite experience a plus
- Hands-on mentality, self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to be effective in a hybrid workplace
