HELPDESK SPECIALIST I

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Associate degree or technical diploma/degree in Information Technology and 2 years of relevant experience in IT or 6 years of relevant IT experience in an administration, support and/or oversight capacity.

LEVEL SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works under direct supervision on routine tasks as per established procedures.
• Works with other team members and/or end-users to troubleshoot basic problems.
• Participates in the development of basic solutions.
