Valley Senior Living is Hiring a Life Enrichment Assistant Near Grand Forks, ND
Location: Wheatland Terrace & Valley on Columbia
- Part & Flex Time Position available
- 20 hours/week (12:30pm- 4:30pm)
- Starting wage for CNA Certified is between $18.83 and $22.32
- Starting wage for uncertified is between $14.46 and $17.63
- Every 4th weekend

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required:
- High school graduate or GED.
- Obtain a CNA Certification for Full Time status within 120 days of hire.
FUNCTIONS
- Effectively organize time to plan and carry out activity programs in a timely fashion.
- Be sensitive to the daily needs of residents and treat them with respect and dignity.
- Provide visits and activities regularly to those residents who are unable or unwilling to participate in scheduled programs.
- Document all services provided to the residents.
- Motivate and recruit residents for program in an effective but nondiscriminatory fashion.
- Assist with care plans when needed.
- Assist residents with shopping needs and driving van.
- Assist in collecting data for Quality Assurance Program.
- Create a monthly calendar of scheduled activity programs based on identified needs and interest of residents.
- Assist with completion of forms and reports that are not considered essential functions.
