We are seeking a qualified Desktop/Network Support Technician to work onsite for an opportunity paying up to $33 per hour, based on experience which is located in Stockton, California. This role involves serving in our IT Department under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, focusing on the maintenance and support of both hardware and software systems. The ideal candidate will be adept at installing and upgrading various technologies, diagnosing issues through targeted questioning, and providing customized solutions to enhance user experience.

Requirements of the Desktop/Network Support Technician:

Demonstrated experience in IT support roles such as Desktop Support Engineer or Technical Support Engineer.
Proficiency in operating systems including Windows, Linux, and MacOS.
Familiarity with office technology and peripheral devices, including printers and scanners.
Understanding of network security measures and antivirus software.
Capability to conduct effective remote troubleshooting and deliver concise instructions.
Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities of the Desktop/Network Support Technician:

Install, update, and fix issues with hardware and software setups.
Engage with users to accurately pinpoint technical issues.
Perform remote problem solving.
Tailor desktop applications to fit specific user needs.
Maintain communication with clients to confirm full functionality of systems.
Support the team as needed
