Vaisala Xweather is an emerging business unit in Vaisala's Weather and Environment division. Vaisala has been around already over 85 years and our products and solutions can be found in demanding environments from hospitals, national parks and data centers to airports and wind farms all over the world - even on Mars! Vaisala Xweather focuses on DaaS and SaaS business and is one of the fastest-growing areas in the company.

WHAT WOULD YOU BE DOING, AND WITH WHO?

• You will be accountable for Xweather Roads Solutions GTM marketing planning and execution based on business priorities to drive scalable growth through product positioning and messaging, demand generation and awareness creation by using the most suitable strategies and tactics, variety of tools, channels, and methodologies.
• You will work closely with our sales, product and marketing teams across the organization and collaborate with agencies, associations, and other stakeholders to drive initiatives forward.
• You will be responsible for marketing reporting by collecting, analyzing and sharing the data as well as making data-driven decision, a/b testing, optimizing and developing activities, tracking performance against agreed targets and objectives as well as plan and manage the marketing budget.
• You will be surrounded by a diverse and international team of proactive and highly motivated professionals united by the common goal - provide accurate and insightful weather & environmental data and solutions to benefit businesses, communities, and taking every measure for the planet.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing; experience in SaaS & DaaS marketing in a global setting is considered a plus
• Willingness and experience in working hands-on while keeping the big picture in mind and having an essential role in painting it
• A self-oriented working style, possessing the willingness and skills to collaborate with global colleagues.
• Experience in full-stack marketing from message formulation to customer acquisition, awareness and content creation and retention through the development of a unified approach across tools, technologies, channels, and tactics.
• Possess the ability to leverage MarTech tools and data to make informed decisions while remaining creative and open to experimenting with new execution methods.
• Capable of creating performance reports, offering recommendations, and developing improvement strategies with ease.

ANTICIPATED SALARY RANGE: $100,000 - $130,000 annually. Salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for our Sales Bonus plan. We also offer our employees a competitive benefits package, which is outlined below.
