What you need:

* Bachelor's degree required

* Experience with Excel, Microsoft Word, Access, and PowerPoint

* Experience with UKG Dimensions is nice to have, but willing to train

* Ability to prioritize, delegate and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

* Strong communication skills (written and verbally)

* Basic financial and accounting skills preferred

* Ability to work independently and as a team

* Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work well with others at all levels

* Ability to adhere to all I.C.A.R.E. standards

* Understanding of medical terminology is helpful but not needed
